A ZERO IMPACT DESIGN
We envisioned Elitis House as a place that leaves a light footprint, on neither its surrounding environment nor the time of those who live in it.
Sustainability is not an ethical add-on to the project; it is the very framework on which it was built. Geothermal energy, integrated photovoltaic systems, and zero CO₂ emissions are technical choices that remain invisible to guests, precisely because that is their purpose.

Sustainability is not an abstract concept, but a concrete and measurable design choice. From energy systems to living spaces, every decision is made to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of comfort and quality.
Solar energy: thanks to over 150 photovoltaic panels, we produce clean energy to power every corner of the facility.
The Earth's Breath: We harness the earth’s natural heat through two groundwater geothermal wells, providing efficient, natural climate control and year-round comfort in every season.
Zero Emission: 0% direct CO2 emissions.
Energy Excellence: Rated A4/A3, the highest European standard for energy efficiency and thermal insulation.
